All customers buy products at the website system of Tung Lam or at the company: Dai Dong-hoan son-Tien Du industrial zone, BAC Ninh province needs direct delivery.


2.1. Free Shipping:
Free delivery within 20 Km from Dai Dong – Hoan son – Tien Du – Bac Ninh INDUSTRIAL Zone
2.2. Paid Delivery:
In addition to the free shipping case, the remaining cases will be charged by the shipping fee table of the 3rd carrier or by our fee table. This cost will be notified by US and confirmed to you before you proceed with payment and we proceed to shipment.

The delivery time will be 1-5 days depending on the shipping distance.
In some cases, you may be able to delivery delays due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicles failure on line of delivery, malfunction during the shipment process.

-Our transportation services or that we appoint will be liable to the goods and the risks such as loss or damage to the goods during the shipment from us to you.

-If the transfer service is specified by you and your choice, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage to the goods during the shipment process from us to you. The customer will be responsible for the costs and losses involved.

-Free shipping policy does not apply to products purchased in the Gold hour promotion, price shock….. Or in a sales-bar shipment.
